We offer a free 30-day trial, with no credit card required. After 30 days, if you continue using Frontdesk’s powerful and easy-to-use features, you will be asked to select a subscription plan.

Standard Pricing

We charge per property. It is $5 per property if you pay monthly. We also offer an annual plan, which offers a discount. It will be $48 a year per property.

For example:

  • 5 properties per month: $25 per month

  • 5 properties per year: $240 per year

Pro Pricing

For property managers or hosts with more than 50 properties, please reach out to us here!

Fees

To help maintain our software and keep base subscription costs low, Frontdesk charges small transaction fees on all Host Upsells.

Fee Breakdown

  • 7% on each transaction

  • 3% credit card processing fee

There are no transaction fees on Concierge Upsells.

Common Questions About Billing

Can I add properties after I've set up my account? When will I be billed for it?

Absolutely! Each property added If you need to add more properties, click on ‘Add Property’ located in the top right corner of the Properties page. Here you can enter details about your new listing and start creating its unique guidebook. Please check out Quick Start guide for more details.

You will see a small, prorated charge for any new, added properties when you add them. Then, you will be billed the full charge for any added properties by the next billing cycle, on the day that your subscription renews.

What if I decide to take a property down, but leave another one up?

You will have a prorated credit added to your next bill.


Payment Security

How secure is my payment information?

Excellent question. It is very secure. We use a third-party payment processor called Stripe. It is one of the highest-rated processors in the market. For more information you can always check out their website. They are PCI compliant, and certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.


How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, please reach out by emailing [email protected].

How do I delete my Account?
