Step 1: Open Your Property Dashboard
Log in to your Frontdesk account.
On the left-hand menu, make sure you select the property whose guide you want to share
Step 2: Preview the Guide
From the property’s overview page (or the main Dashboard), locate the “Preview Guide” button.
Click “Preview Guide” to open your property’s digital guidebook in a new window.
Step 3: Access the Share Options
Once the guidebook is open, find the “Share Guide” section (usually in the lower-left corner or near the QR code).
You’ll see options such as “Copy,” “Email,” or “More.”
Step 4: Share via Link or QR Code

Click “Copy” to copy the guide’s URL, then paste it into an email, text message, or any guest communication.
Click “Email” to send the guide link directly via email.
QR Code
In the Dashboard, look for “Claim QR” or “Get your custom QR design.”
Place free QR code and stand inside the property.
Step 5: Confirm the Guide Is Accessible
Test the link or QR code yourself to ensure it opens the correct guide.
Send it to a friend or colleague for a final check before sharing with guests.
