Step by step guide to adding properties to your Frontdesk Account

Following these steps will help create a detailed property listing.

1. Navigate to the Properties page.

2. Click ‘Add Property’ in the top right corner.

3. Enter the property link URL, property address, and unit or apartment (if applicable).

Adding a URL link to your listing will help us load your property information more quickly!

4. Decide whether to set up a new guide or copy an existing one:

If creating a new guide:

  • Select ‘Create New Guide’.

  • Enter listing details: name, location, amenities, and pricing.

If copying an existing guide:

  • Select ‘Copy Existing Guide’.

  • Adjust descriptions as needed.


Understanding Property Status: What Does "Active" Mean?

An "Active" property is visible to guests and available for bookings, upsells, and guidebook access. Ensure all necessary details are completed before marking a property as active.

How to Switch Between Properties

Now that you have more than one property, you’ll need to switch between properties to change their respective guidebooks, stores, and settings.

To switch between properties:

  1. Click on the 'Properties' tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the property list and select the desired property.

  3. The dashboard and guidebook settings will adjust to reflect the selected property.
