We're excited you want to use Frontdesk for your Short Term Rental business. Setting up a Frontdesk account is easy, fast, and simple. Below is a step by step guide on how to do it perfectly!
Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page
Open your web browser and go to Frontdesk’s sign-up page.
Step 2: Choose a Sign-Up Method
You can sign up using either:
Google Sign-In: Click Continue with Google and follow the prompts to log in with your Google account.
Email Sign-Up: Enter your email address in the provided field and click Continue.
Step 3: Complete Account Setup
If using email, provide your full name.
Set up a secure password.
Step 4: Personalizing Your Experience
After creating your login credentials, you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your business.
This helps Frontdesk tailor features and recommendations to your needs.
Choose how you would like to add your properties:
Connect to Airbnb: Sync existing listings directly.
Integrate with PMS: Link your Property Management System.
If you don’t want to set those up just yet, you can always add them later. Please see our Integrations guide for more details.
Add Manually: Enter property details yourself.
Complete the property setup process and confirm your settings. For more help check out "How Do I Add Properties?"
Step 5: Finalizing Your Account
You will be directed to your Frontdesk dashboard.
Explore the platform and customize your profile as needed.
