Concierge Upsells are on stay offerings managed and coordinated by Frontdesk. They are like your Host Upsells in your store, but Frontdesk owns the entire process.
Who Sets Up Concierge Upsells?
Frontdesk does! You will be able to add them to your account when they are ready. Currently, Concierge Upsells are still in the testing phase. If you are interested, please set up a call with us and we can work together to see if Concierge Upsells are right for your property.
How are Concierge Upsells Fulfilled and Managed?
Frontdesk partners with vendors in your area to ensure your guests have amazing experiences at great prices.
Frontdesk has a growing list of great vendors to fulfill anything from flower services, kayak and bike rentals, to guided tours, grocery delivery and much more.
How do I price my Concierge Upsells?
The good news is we take care of that for you! We partner directly with vendors and service providers in your area. We also negotiate the best prices for your guests.
Hosts do not edit or create Concierge Upsells.
How much will I make off Concierge?
You'll earn about 5-15% on Concierge Upsells. Sometimes it will be less than 5%, sometimes it will be more than 15%.
How do I get paid for Concierge Upsells?
It will be similar to the Host Upsells in your store. Every time a guest books a Concierge Upsell, you will receive a commission, which will be added to your Earnings.
How do I add a Concierge Upsell to my Store?
At the moment, Concierge Upsells are only available after meeting with our team, as they require an intake and onboarding session, to see if the Concierge program is right for you and your property or group of properties. You can always reach out here to start that conversation.
Are there any fees for using Concierge Upsells?
No! There are no fees associated with Concierge Upsells.
What if my guests have a bad experience?
You or your guests can reach out directly to us at [email protected], or the Concierge Agent they were speaking with through Frontdesks’s platform.
