Each of your properties in Frontdesk is assigned a unique link to its digital guidebook. Upon booking confirmation, guests receive this link via a confirmation message or through automated messaging from your property management system (PMS) before their stay. This allows them to seamlessly browse and purchase offerings from your Host Store in advance, as well as plan their itinerary using your guidebook.

3. How do guests access and shop my Frontdesk when they're at my property?

During their stay, guests can scan a custom QR code placed within your property to access your Frontdesk guidebook at any time. This enables them to easily browse and purchase offerings from your Host Store throughout their visit.

Every host who signs up for Frontdesk is entitled to redeem a free QR Code Stand for each of their properties.
